A couple of years ago a wild peacock adopted Ingleton as his home, you may see him strutting around the village when you visit.He has been named "Ashley". We try and keep him out of the garden as much as possible as he pecks flower buds off the plants.

Today Carole decided to take a photo of the cherry blossom blowing off the tree outside the church. (see photo below) Unfortunately the wind died down just as she had set up the tripod etc, so I was called in to pick up handfulls of blossom and throw it in the air to re-create the scene, much to the amusement of visitors and locals who must have thought I had finally cracked !!
